The Avila estate hit the market in September 2021 represented by Jennifer Zales from Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate and was ultimately sold for $8.3 million last week. Zales explained in a statement, “706 Guisando De Avila is a true masterpiece located in one of Tampa’s most exclusive and sought-after communities. The property offers unparalleled luxury lifestyle and first-class privacy, making it the perfect retreat away from the bustling city life.”
Darcie Glazer Kassewitz and her husband Joel are making big real estate moves this year and have now sold their Avila property in Tampa. Since Darcie is the co-owner of the beloved Tampa Bay Buccaneers, it comes as no surprise that they are making real estate investments in the area. However, the couple is not just working on selling homes. In June 2021 they bought a waterfront home in Davis Islands for $12.5 million.
Tampa isn’t the only place the Glazer Kassewitz’s seem to be focusing on. In February the couple parted with their stunning $53 million property in the luxurious Palm Beach area. The home is similar in size to the Avila property they recently sold within the 25-30,000 square-foot range. Given these two sizeable transactions over the past couple of months, it looks like we can expect to see a lot of action from them in real estate this year.
