Since last year, Selena Gomez has lived in a beautiful three-acre Hidden Hills, California, estate that features multiple fireplaces, a pool, a movie room, and manicured landscaping. After only about a year of enjoying all that her relatively new abode has had to offer, she’s ready to ditch the place.
The artist and one-time Disney star has listed the property, which houses both a main house and a guesthouse, for $4.495 million.
The five-bedroom main residence with six bathrooms and five fireplaces boasts a formal dining area, rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows, spacious closets, a large gym, an outdoor courtyard, a backyard pool, indoor and outdoor spas, a cabana, an outdoor kitchen, and a brick pizza oven.
The guesthouse comes with a kitchen that is full-sized, its own fireplace, a walk-in closet, and a terrace.
When Gomez purchased the home, built in 2004, it was only $3.69 million. The neighborhood where the home is located was once also home to another pop star, Justin Bieber.
