A-Rod has survived plenty of scandal this year, and it seems that after only a few months of ownership, he has this Miami Beach condo to go. Rodriguez purchased the modern home for $2.1M and hopes to make a tidy profit with a new sale price of $3.2M.
The Yankees third baseman hired Briggs Edward Solomon to do the interior, and the condo is in the perfect location (Miami Beach’s Millionaire’s Row, to be exact).
Features include expansive balconies, floor-to-ceiling windows, waterfront views, modern kitchen and a truly minimalist aesthetic (all walls, fixtures, etc. are a crisp white). The building also offers pool access, beach access and more.
