‘Superman Returns’ Screenwriter Dan Harris Lists Los Angeles Home

The screenwriter behind Superman Returns and X2 has recently listed his Hollywood home on the Los Angeles real estate market. Dan Harris has placed his 3,085-square-foot home above Sunset Boulevard on the market for $2.39 million.

Harris bought the contemporary home in 2005 for $2 million from Eurythmics member Dave Stewart back in 2005. The gated home has three bedrooms and 3.5 baths.

Dark wood floors are featured throughout the home that showcases a window-lined living room and a sunken formal dining room. The modern home also features a library. Stainless steel appliances and marble counter tops punctuate the eat-in kitchen, and the outdoor areas boast a dining patio as well.

The backyard is characterized by a large swimming pool and luxe elevated spa.
