Borat actor Sacha Baron Cohen and his wife actress Isla Fisher have just listed their Los Angeles home for $2.95 million. Located near the Sunset Strip, the mid-century modern home features four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms.

Built in 1959, the 2,806-square-foot home was renovated in 2004 and according to The Los Angeles Times, had been leased out at $10,995 per month. The single-story home is perched above the 52-acre Woodrow Wilson Preserve, according to the listing, and includes “beamed 22-foot ceilings, gourmet eat-in kitchen, river-rock fireplace, media/den, spa baths, lagoon-style pool with spa and fire pit, multi-level deck, outdoor gym, 2-car garage and specimen plantings.”
