Red Hot Chili Peppers Head Rocker Anthony Kiedis Lists SoCal Villa for $4.3 Million

Red Hot Chili Peppers lead singer and songwriter Anthony Kiedis is now looking to unload his secluded three-bed, four-bath villa—located right off the Sunset Strip—for $4.3 million, having originally bought the house in 2013 for $3.65 million.

The European-style home, built in 1940, features dramatic 14-foot living room ceilings, French doors, and a recently-renovated kitchen (Architectural Digest‘s Waldo Fernandez reportedly helmed the transformation), all overlooking Los Angeles’ glimmering lights.

The formal dining room boasts high-arched ceilings that lead into a dining terrace, a swimming pool, and a lush garden. A peaceful library with arched ceilings is the perfect recluse for a homebody or rockstar.

The celebrity listing is currently being managed by none other than power broker Kurt Rappaport, who recently put his own digs on the rental market for a heart-stopping $750,000 a month.
