Paramount CEO Brad Grey Asks $22.5 Million for Posh Pad at The Carlyle

Paramount CEO and chairman Brad Grey and his wife, Cassandra, just listed their full-floor home at The Carlyle Hotel in Manhattan’s Upper East Side for $22.5 million—$7 million more than what they paid for the posh pad four years ago.

Located on the corner of Madison Avenue at 35 East 76th Street, the 3,000-square-foot residence encompasses four bedrooms and four-and-a-half-baths, along with a recently-renovated library. Among its luxurious features are beamed ceilings, hardwood floors, a marble bath, and oversized windows overlooking Central Park and the East River.
