Mulberry House, a $25M developer purchase, has finally made its big reveal as a rental space in Nolita. The building features nine three-bedroom units, a penthouse and all have private outdoor space to be envied.
The developer notes in a recent press release, “Built with close attention to luxury living, these homes are complete with top-of-the-line condo finishes. The large open kitchens have Italian Schiffini custom built glass white cabinets with aluminum back splashes and granite counter tops, a Bosch oven with additional warming tray and 5 burner range, Faber exhaust, Liebherr refrigerator, garbage disposal, wine cooler, and Krauss sinks with Grohe faucets. The layout features open kitchens that are accessible to the dining area and perfect for entertaining guests.”
“Entry to each unit is through keyed elevator, and all of the apartments have walnut radiant heated floors, high ceilings, central air and enormous windows. Each residence comes equipped with its own Bosch washer/dryer, storage bin, and separate garbage chute for convenience. The outdoor space faces south, so residents have lovely light and the perfect spot for entertaining or enjoying a morning coffee or a nightcap.”
