Apogee is Related Group’s planned 21-story, 39-residence condominium at 4906 N. Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach. The Real Deal reported on Oct. 23, 2026 that Related received commercial demolition permit 26081383-COM-DEMO for the site. The City Commission approved the Apogee rezoning in March 2025. No price is published.
Related Group’s Apogee site on North Flagler Drive has a commercial demolition permit, the next step after the City’s 2025 approvals. This page covers the City’s approval record, the permit report and what the West Palm Beach Residents Coalition tracker shows. For the wider market, see our West Palm Beach hub.
The news
The Real Deal’s weekly permits report (Oct. 23, 2026) said Related Group received a commercial demolition permit for 4906 N. Flagler Drive, job filing number 26081383-COM-DEMO, among permits issued Oct. 14–20, 2026. A demolition permit clears existing structures. It is not a building permit for the tower, and it does not start sales.
The approval record
The City’s record runs in three steps. The Planning Board recommended approval 6–0 on Jan. 22, 2025, according to the City Commission agenda. On March 17, 2025, the City Commission approved first reading of Ordinance No. 5125-25, which rezones the 1.45-acre parcel from Multifamily High Density Residential (MF32) to Residential Planned Development (RPD), according to the City’s pass/fail agenda. On March 31, 2025, the Commission approved second reading, according to the City’s summary of that meeting’s decisions. Resolution No. 51-25, which sets Apogee’s site plan, elevations and waivers, was scheduled for that same meeting. The agenda describes a 39-unit residential development on a site that then held a single-family home, two accessory dwellings and a boat dock.
