The Twin Dolphin community was named for and built on the former site of the iconic Hotel Twin Dolphin, a pioneer of luxury accommodations from the 1970s to 2000s.
Designed with environmental sustainability and conservation, as well as high-quality authenticity in mind, the residences utilize local Mexican materials and coloring to blend with the local environment.
White oak with dark wood accents and Travertine Jalapa are the primary materials used in the contemporary design of each residence, with color palettes consisting of natural blues, greens, and reds.
