She serves as Principal Broker and Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Kohanaiki Realty.  Carrie’s unparalleled knowledge of Hawaii Island’s luxury properties has resulted in nearly $2 billion in residential and land sales volume throughout her career.

Carrie began her real estate journey at Clark Realty, where she quickly became a top producer. Through hard work and focused determination, she has consistently led her field in the Top Broker rankings. As Principal Broker of Kukio Properties, she guided the development’s sales team, representing discerning buyers and sellers who value excellence, knowledge, and personalized results. Carrie Nicholson has been highlighted in esteemed publications such as Forbes, The Washington Post, Vanity Fair, Modern Luxury Hawaii, and the New York Post. Additionally, she has earned repeated recognition from Hawai’i Business Magazine as one of Hawai’i’s top real estate agents.

Born and raised in Hawai‘i, Carrie is a certified Coast Guard submarine co-pilot, rescue scuba diver, and free diver. Her passion for the ocean led her to collaborate with National Geographic on underwater documentary films and photography. Alongside her love for the ocean, Carrie spent 8 years as an international model in Japan, where she was the face of several marketing campaigns, including those for the Coca-Cola Company, Sony Group, and Kao Cosmetics Japan, to name a few.

Her love of nature has instilled in her a deep appreciation for Hawaii’s sense of place – perhaps the most invaluable attribute of the island’s luxury real estate.

Carrie resides on the West Coast of the Big Island of Hawai‘i with her husband, Winton, General Contractor of Nicholson, LLC, and their three children.
