Marc Jacobs’ West Village Townhouse Hits The Market For $16 Million

Marc Jacobs is one of the fashion industry’s most coveted names. The visionary designer is the mastermind behind his very own label, Marc Jacobs, and served as Louis Vuitton’s creative director from 1997 until 2014. Recently tying the knot with long-time partner, Charly “Char” Defrancesco, Jacobs is saying goodbye to his jaw-dropping West Village townhouse as the designer and his husband plan to move to their newly purchased Rye, New York home designed by Frank Lloyd Wright. The West Village home combines classic glamour with a sense of urban tranquility. The four-story home includes 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and 2 partial bathrooms, custom finishes, a secluded garden courtyard, a rooftop terrace and more.
