The MakaNakhon project is set to be Thailand’s tallest building at 1030 feet high, and it will contain The Ritz-Carlton-branded Residences with 200 units, the 159-room Bangkok Edition Hotel and an upscale shopping mall called ‘The Cube.’
MahaNakhon offers a three-dimensional ‘ribbon of architectural “pixels”’ that encircle the tower, glass exterior and a custom-built outdoor area, MahaNakhon Square. The rooftop additionally offers Terrace Bar, a dramatic multi-level restaurant with an outdoor rooftop bar.
Almost 60% of the units are already sold, predominantly to offshore investors from Hong Kong and Singapore. The project is set to be completed in 2015.
