Lourdes Alatriste and Engel & Völkers recently hosted a sunset cocktail event to showcase the beauty of Villa Bougainvillea, a South Florida oceanfront estate in Bal Harbour Estates with incredible views. Guests walked portions of the 18,091 sq. ft. Cesar Molina-remodeled abode complete with entertaining areas, a lavish master suite, large kitchen, private guesthouse, and spacious closets.

The evening was accompanied by French artist Yves Clement, who displayed “Carnival’s Cruise” series artwork in the living room, musical entertainment by Roberto Obregon and Epicure gourmet catering.
