Gould and her family are long time Winter Park residents and active members of the community. Haute Residence sat down with Gould to discuss Orlando's luxury real estate market and what needs buyers are having so far in 2020.

How has the luxury real estate market in Orlando been performing so far in 2020?

The luxury real estate market in Winter Park has been active with showings and activity during the first quarter of 2020 with some contracts.   We have a good supply of inventory in this category, so the market is quite competitive.

What are buyers looking for in their homes in Orlando in 2020?

Buyers are expecting absolute turnkey, move-in ready product; generally with transitional or modern styling, the latest in technology and finishings, and lifestyle amenity features.

Which has been a highlight sale for you so far in 2020?

1st Quarter Highlight sale was 1651 Mayfield Winter Park.  Home is new Construction by Lundev with some customization; the buyer is a single woman in executive relocation; she loved the parties, process, and product.
