Ki'ama Bahamas stands out, with only 18% of Elizabeth Island developed, preserving the environment. Most construction is done off the island to minimize disruption, and the whole community operates on 100% solar power. EcoIsland Development, Silent Resorts, and Silent Yachts are committed to the environment, donating 1% of residence sales to Silent Catch for local fishing fleets and habitat preservation.
