Editor’s Note: Kelly Ringer-Radetich talks about the Redwood City, California, real estate market performance in 2020 in this Q&A with Haute Residence.

How did the real estate market look in the beginning of 2020?

The market was slow and has continually picked up Redwood City right through October 2020, in the last week a slowing but this is traditionally usual with Holidays. For a pandemic, Redwood City has had a phenomenal year.

What, if any, changes did the pandemic have on prices?

Prices have continued to go up and hold steady in the condo market. Condo Markets not as busy but still selling.

On inventory? The highest peak was in September but inventory is still less than 3 months’ supply.
