Why did you choose Real Estate?
Becoming a realtor was a natural fit for me as I am passionate about helping people achieve their dreams of homeownership. I find it incredibly rewarding to guide clients through the complex process of purchasing a home, which is one of the biggest decisions and investments they will ever make. Additionally, working in real estate allows me to build lasting relationships with clients, many of whom become good friends after working with them. As a homeowner myself, I understand the sense of pride and accomplishment that comes with owning a home, and it brings me great joy to help others experience that same feeling.
How did you get to where you are today?
I started my real estate career on the marketing side of a local real estate team but quickly realized that I had a talent for sales. I worked hard to become a top agent and eventually started my own team, the Georgina Jacobson Group, which has become a well-respected name in the industry. By always putting my clients first and striving for excellence in every transaction, I have built a loyal client base who trust me to help them with all their real estate needs. I owe my success to my clients, who have given me the opportunity to do what I love every day.
What is one of your favorite client stories?
One of my most rewarding experiences as a realtor was helping a couple sell their home and find their dream home. Although we didn't know each other very well at the beginning of the process, we developed a close friendship and still get together regularly. It's amazing to think that a business transaction can lead to a lifelong friendship.
What is your biggest success story to date?
I have been fortunate to be a part of many landmark sales in the Orange County luxury market, but one that stands out was when I sold a prime property on Lido Isle for $25.5 million before it even went to market. It was a special property with one of the best views of the bayfront so this was a great achievement for my team and a proud moment for me personally.

The Orange County real estate market is special because of its combination of location, climate, beauty, and strong job market. The area is known for its thriving cultural scene, which attracts people from all over the world. As a lifelong resident of Orange County, I am proud to be a part of helping clients find their perfect homes in this amazing region.
