Drake closed the deal by selling his third and final home in his YOLO estate sale for $12 million. Saving the best for last, the full compound had an asking price of $22.2 million with the total sale of the three homes adding up to a whopping $23 million.

The main home, the YOLO Estate, named by Drake himself, was purchased a little over a decade ago for $7.7 million and marked his first real splurge in the Hidden Hills. The rapper transformed the property into a partier’s dream, complete with a mechanical bull, 25-seat theater, game room, massage room, wine cellar, sand volleyball court, and custom swimming pool with an 80-foot rock waterslide and secret grotto complete with TVs and a bar.

The property spans 3 acres manicured with a tennis court and equestrian facilities. The 12,500-square-foot English Tudor holds 7 bedrooms and 9 baths. The 2,000-square-foot primary suite can be accessed through a secret door found within a bookshelf.

Over the years, Drake has acquired two of the homes neighboring the YOLO Estate. These homes were also listed along with the main home back in March and two were purchased separately by Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford for $11 million, $3.6 million over the asking price.
