Music producer and Haute Living cover star DJ Khaled has sold his Beverly Hills home for $12.5 million through an off-market deal.
Khaled purchased the home from British pop star Robbie Williams in 2016 for $9.9 million. The 10,681-square-foot property holds a total of six bedrooms and eight bathrooms. Built in 1992, the French-Chateau home sits on almost three-fourths of an acre with scenic views of Beverly Hills.
Located in the gated Mulholland Estates community in Beverly Hills, other residences in the celebrity-filled area include Kendall Jenner, Paris Hilton, and Christina Aguilera.
The over-the-top residence features tented private seating area, accordion-style glass doors, and walled mirrors as common design elements. The outdoor area has a huge stone patio which surrounds the pool. Other outdoor amenities include a spa, a gym, a study area, a media room, a fireplace, and a balcony of the primary bedroom.
DJ Khaled’s home was purchased by famous plastic surgeon David Amron and his wife, Jessica.
