Celebrity Living: Charlie Sheen Puts Winning Estate on Market for $7.2 Million

Ever wonder what it’s like to live like a winner? If you’ve got $7.2 million, you can find out. Charlie Sheen has put his Sherman Oaks home on the market after ten years.

In March, Charlie Sheen doled out a cool $7 mill. for a 9,020-square-foot, 6-bed, 9-bath mansion in the prestigious Mulholland Estates high in the hills above and between Beverly Hills and Sherman Oaks. Now he has put his longtime home, situated right around the corner from his new digs, on the market for $7.2 million.

Sheen purchased the home in 1997 for $2.5 million. The ornate Mediterranean mansion was built in 1992, measures 7,924 square feet and in addition to five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, ti has 3 fireplaces, a library, staff room, spa, swimming pool, a 3-car attached garage, and bar…serving up tiger blood perhaps?

The reported idea behind the purchase of the second home, in addition to supposedly purchasing a few more properties in the neighborhood, was to give one to ex-wife Denise Richards and another to newly divorced wife Brooke Mueller. Perhaps Sheen realized the fallacy of that notion, and thus has put his Mulholland home on the market as a result.
