Oops, she did it again. Britney Spears has a new addition to her arsenal of killer homes.
The pop icon recently purchased an Italian-style, multimillion-dollar villa in Thousand Oaks, California, for her and her two sons.
Her new 12,464-square-foot, five-bedroom pad is positioned on a lot of almost 21 acres and boats a master suite with a fireplace, a couple of walk-in closets, two bathrooms, and a private terrace; a great room with its own fireplace; a library; and a media/game room.
There’s a separate pool house that is accompanied by both a complete kitchen and a temperature-controlled wine cellar with enough space to house up to 3,500 bottles.
The property also has an infinity edge pool, a tennis court, and a three-hole golf course.
Spears and her two boys aren’t new to the neighborhood, which is about 40 miles from Los Angeles’ downtown. She purchased a $6.7 million, 8,456-square-foot home in the area several years ago.
