The waterfront duplex is a stunning 3,500 square foot space, that underwent a significant renovation and decor overhaul for an incredible family. This project beautifully blends modern design with the charming essence of its waterfront location, creating a luxurious and inviting duplex that maximizes both space and views. We combined soft steel colors to create an inviting palette that feels cozy with the stunning backdrop of the lower Manhattan skyline.
