Ashton Kutcher has quietly put his hilltop bachelor pad up for sale, despite owning it for only two years.

The Two and a Half Men actor was originally hesitant to buy the property (he rented the 9,385-square-foot estate for $50,000 per month back in 2011), but when fellow media sensation Justin Bieber began to show an interest in scooping it up for himself, Kutcher decided to take the plunge and invest $8.455 million in the Hollywood Hills house, beating the pop singer to the punch.

The resplendent three-story residence features a gym, a sauna, a wine cellar, a living room fireplace, a glass bridge and an elevator. Nestled on more than a half-an-acre lot, it overlooks the Hollywood Reservoir and comes with an infinity swimming pool and spa.

Now that girlfriend Mila Kunis is expecting, Kutcher is looking to purchase a more family-friendly home (read: one with fewer open water features and glass detailing) that the ’70s Show duo can settle into before the little one arrives.

According to the LA Times, the five-bedroom, eight-bath glass abode designed by Mills Studios is unofficially on the market for $12 million.
