“The Voice” Judge Adam Levine Buys In Beverly Hills’ Exclusive Benedict Canyon

Maroon  5 lead singer and The Voice judge Adam Levine made news in the real estate world this week when he purchased a $4,380,000 home in Beverly Hills. The 6,539 square foot home boasts 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms.

The property, known as Benedict House, is located in the exclusive Benedict Canyon area of Beverly Hills. Corina Galen told The Real Estalker: “Benedict Canyon in Beverly Hills is a great area for celebrities. There are a lot of homes with spectacular views and plenty of privacy, which makes it a hot spot for high profile clients.”

The home sits atop a 3.66-acre gated estate, which was originally developed in 1940. The grounds feature a two car garage, an adjoining guest home, tennis courts and a piano-shaped swimming pool spa.
