Residents at Vita at Grove Isle will soon enjoy an elevated racquet experience as CMC Group introduces the newly reimagined Grove Isle Racquet & Yacht Club on the private island of Grove Isle in Miami.

Following the completion of Vita at Grove Isle, the 65 residence ultra luxury waterfront condominium, CMC Group continues to expand its vision for refined island living. As a result, homeowners and select members will have access to a modern tennis destination that enhances both lifestyle and long term property value.

A Lifestyle Amenity That Elevates Private Island Living

Located at 6 Grove Isle Drive, the revitalized club builds upon the legacy of the former Grove Isle Tennis Center while introducing upgraded amenities and elevated programming. However, the true significance lies in what this means for Vita at Grove Isle residents.

The Grove Isle Racquet & Yacht Club will feature eight Har Tru courts, enhanced facilities, and professional management by Cliff Drysdale Tennis. In addition, members will enjoy expert instruction, leagues, clinics, and curated social programming. Consequently, Vita at Grove Isle further distinguishes itself among Miami luxury condominiums by offering a private tennis experience just steps from home.

Ugo Colombo, Founder of CMC Group, explains that the integration of the club reflects the same level of quality and craftsmanship that defines Vita at Grove Isle. Rather than simply adding a recreational amenity, the development delivers a thoughtfully curated extension of the residential experience.

Exclusive Access for Grove Isle Residents

Currently, founding memberships are available to Grove Isle residents, reinforcing the private island atmosphere that defines Vita at Grove Isle. Meanwhile, a limited number of off island memberships will open in mid March ahead of the anticipated Spring 2026 debut.

Membership includes unlimited access to eight Har Tru courts, preferred pricing on lessons and clinics, Pro Shop benefits, and priority reservations for programming and events.

Monthly dues begin at $200 for on island residents, while off island memberships range from $250 to $300 per month. Initiation fees apply only to off island members.

Importantly, the club enhances the lifestyle offering at Vita at Grove Isle, which already features expansive waterfront residences, European imported finishes, a bayfront pool, spa, and state of the art fitness center. Together, these amenities create a seamless blend of luxury living and resort style recreation in one of Miami’s most exclusive private island settings.

Strengthening Vita at Grove Isle’s Market Position

As Miami luxury buyers increasingly prioritize lifestyle driven developments, Vita at Grove Isle stands apart by pairing architectural sophistication with curated recreational amenities.

The addition of the Grove Isle Racquet & Yacht Club reinforces Grove Isle’s status as a premier private island address. Moreover, it positions Vita at Grove Isle as a residence where wellness, privacy, and waterfront living converge.
