Ronald Tutor Lists his Hidden Hills Estate for $18.9 million

President and chief executive of construction giant Tutor-Saliba, Ronald N. Tutor, has just listed his Hidden Hills estate for $18.9 million.

Tutor graduated from USC in 1963 and has worked in the construction industry his entire career, starting off as a small local building and eventually working his way up to a national civil works construction concern.

Tutor’s 19,000-square-foot property sits on 3.4 acres of rolling lawns with a backyard lake, waterfalls, a swimming pool with grotto, gardens, and a tennis court. It is a gated home with a master suite that features his-and-her closets with six additional bedroom suites located in the main wing.

The home also features an enormous ballroom large enough to accommodate several hundred guests at a time. In the same wing, there is also a bar, a poker room, a gym, a guesthouse, and two staff apartments. The bridge that stretches across to the this entertainment wing “contains a large arcade.”
