“Hammock House,” a modern mansion in Miami’s Coconut Grove neighborhood, recently sold for $5,082,000, breaking two records for the sough-after community, according to press materials.

Sited on nearly 20,000 square feet within a lush tropical hammock, the 6,212-square-foot residence is the first ever non-waterfront home in Coconut Grove to sell over $5 million, as well as the highest-priced-per-square-foot ($818 per square foot) non-waterfront home to sell.
