According to The Wall Street Journal, there’s a two-bedroom apartment in New York City’s West Village neighborhood that is currently on the market for $4.2 million, and it belongs to actress Cameron Diaz.
The 1,400-square-foot condo with two bathrooms and a wood-burning fireplace was $2.9 million back in 2008 when Diaz purchased it.
Renovated with the assistance of interior decorator Kelly Wearstler, the actress’ home houses a kitchen with emerald green cabinets and brass countertops, a bathroom utilizing black marble and pink onyx, a rose-colored living room, and multiple vintage items.
A deal can also be worked out for those who are interested in acquiring the furniture currently in the home, says the apartment’s listing agent, Rebecca Edwardson.
Two years ago, Diaz purchased another home in New York City. Located in the Chelsea area, it features three bedrooms and came with a $9.5 million price tag.
