One of the music business’s biggest bosses, Clive Davis, recently purchased a $2 million apartment in one of New York City’s most luxurious residential buildings, The Ritz Tower.

The music mogul’s––who has been instrumental in the careers of Whitney Houston, Alicia Keys, Janis Joplin, and many others––new 14th-floor pad is located on New York City’s coveted Park Ave in a neighborhood now referred to as “Billionaire’s District.”

The three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment boasts both a chef’s kitchen and a formal dining room. There are hardwood floors and plenty of storage space throughout the unit.

Arguably one of NYC’s most elegant and luxurious “apartment hotels,” The Ritz Tower offers guests access to a state-of-the-art fitness center, concierge service that is prepared to handle theater, restaurant, and transportation information needs, and daily room service
