Coconut Grove—Miami’s original neighborhood inhabited since the late 1800s—is now the recipient of the most cutting-edge architectural feat the city has ever seen. Park Grove is a dual-tower residence designed by OMA and Rem Koolhaas, with interior design by William Sofield, and landscape design by Enzo Enea. The luxurious residence, featuring resort-style living is only for the world’s most elite.

“Inspired by Florida’s Barrier Islands, the residences’ organic forms both respond to the surrounding landscape and enhance it,” explain the designers. With multiple venues for swimming, including an infinity-edge rooftop pool and unparalleled 360-degree views of the surrounding area—both constructed and natural—Park Grove seamlessly blends man-made design with the beauty of the Biscayne Bay and the lush, tropical landscape.

Each of the two towers boasts state-of-the-art fitness facilities, including private training rooms (such as a Pilates room and spinning studio), indoor and outdoor yoga spaces, and a spa with personal treatment rooms, steam rooms, and saunas. Multiple pools, unlimited cabanas, several indoor and outdoor lounges and bars, a dining room that can be reserved for private events, a billiards room, and a screening and media room, are just a few of the luxurious amenities offered to residents. A 24-hour concierge service, valet, and butler assure the need of each resident is met promptly and with the utmost consideration.
