When Chelsea Handler and NBC chairman Ted Harbert split almost three years ago, no one thought Harbert would hold on to the home they lived in as a married couple. He’s finally listing this high-end pad with incredible ocean views in Marina Del Ray, CA for $3.9M.

The home features three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 3,300 sq. ft, and views of the local marina, and it also has access to a private 400 sq. ft. balcony and the building’s two spas, pool and fitness center.

The couple paid $3.7M for the home in 2008, so Harbert may be looking to make a small profit.
