David Sanborn recently listed his New York City brownstone townhouse for a mere $12,000,000. The space features 5,500 sq. ft., five bedrooms, three full baths and two half-baths, and it also spans 19 ft. The saxophonist must be sad to see the 20th century home change hands, but it seems that Sanborn and his wife, Sofia, are ready for a change.
