Madonna Sells Harperley Hall Combo Co-op

Madonna just sold her Upper West Side Harperley Hall combo co-op for below its $19.995 asking price. Hedge fund manager Deepak Narula made the purchase, a real steal compared to the home’s initial price ($23.5M).

The building is likely pleased to see Madonna on the way out, as she reportedly fought with the board to expand the apartment. While she was eventually able to make the changes, she still dealt with general resistance and even lawsuits from disgruntled neighbors over her loud parties.
