A little while ago, we introduced Fendi Château Residences—a 12-story luxury condominium set to sprout up in Miami by June 2016.
A collaboration between the Italian luxe house and Château Group, the wave-shaped waterfront project will feature 58 sumptuous apartments priced between $5 million to $22 million, all of which will boast Italian marble baths, glass-railed terraces, and chef’s kitchens equipped with Fendi Casa cabinets and Gaggenau appliances. Residents will be granted the opportunity to custom-decorate their pads with a variety of Fendi Casa elements.
