When Katy Perry and former husband Russell Brand split, the bubbly Grammy-nominated pop singer tried to dump the home as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, it hasn’t been as easy as she thought.

Katy Perry purchased the $6.5 million dollar home but is attempting to flip it for $8 million. Other celeb homes like that of Taylor Swift and Kim Kardashian seemed to sell pretty quickly, but this 8,835 sq. ft. residence hasn’t had the same luck.

The Mediterranean-style mansion is complete with seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms, a formal living room, an artsy foyer, and an incredible terrace with handcrafted in-ground pool…what’s not to love?
