Dennis Hopper’s Former Compound Re-Listed for $5 Million

Dennis Hopper’s former compound in Venice has just been re-listed on the market for $5 million after being purchased by its current owner just seven months ago.

The current owner purchased the home less than a year ago for $5 million and, according to LA Curbed, has “been trying to rent out bits and pieces since the purchase.” The compound includes a main house designed by architect Brian Murphy, three condos designed by renowned architect Frank Gehry, a one-bedroom cottage, a pool with pool house and approximately one acre of land.

According to the listing, the property includes 10,550 square feet of space, four bedrooms in total, three full bathrooms and a four-door car garage with one coverage parking space.
