Canadian oil executive Larry Lindholm (of Enerflow Industries) recently made headlines with his purchase of the 14,500 sq. ft. Aspen Woods property. The sale of this $10.3 million residence broke city records for the most lucrative sale in the booming oil town of Calgary, Alberta.

The home is defined by a two-story parlor with an eight-foot Swarovski crystal chandelier and features sweeping staircases, luxurious marble floors, a men’s parlor, bar & games room, dance studio, spa, home theatre, wine-tasting room, separate carriage house and five-car garage. The home was designed and built by Pacer Signature Homes.
