Actor Jeremy Renner has flipped numerous Los Angeles-area properties over the years, and his latest project has just hit the market for $25 million. The Art Deco flip is located in Beverly Glen and features 10,000 square feet.
The single-store mansion features six bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, 14-foot ceilings, a theater, cobblestone driveway, pool, spa and five fireplaces, according to The Los Angeles Times. Situated on two landscaped acres, the home was designed by Kristoffer Winters and was last purchased for $7 million in 2010.
According to LA Curbed, a recent profile of Renner in Esquire magazine states that since 2002, Renner and his business partner have “bought and sold more than fifteen houses, each time slightly bigger, each time slightly braver.”
