Regis Philbin Sells Connecticut Home for Almost Half Original Asking Price

Regis Philbin just sold his Connecticut home for quite a bit less than the original asking price.

In 2008, the 5,919-square-foot home, with four bedrooms and six-and-a-half-baths, was listed for $5.8 million. Raymond LaChance just scooped up the residence for a mere $3 million, saving a hefty $2.8 million.

Surrounded by greenery and trees – sitting on six acres near the state park, the manse essentially is the state park.

Regis and his wife Joy still own a house in Greenwich less than six miles from LaChance’s new abode, along with a Manhattan home, where the couple spends most of their time.
