Drake Puts Two Marquis Miami Units on the Market

Drake had purchased two units in the Marquis Miami condominium in January of 2011 and has now decided to let go of the properties.

Featured in his hit video “I’m on One,” the first of the two is a 3,800-square-foot apartment with three bedrooms for $1.9 million. Meanwhile the second 1,675-square-foot one-bedroom apartment is up for bids at $600,000.

The two units have been combined, although Drake is offering the option for buyers to purchase them separately. The Marquis has been awarded the status of “highly commended” from the International Property Awards in the high-rise development category and houses 292 units which is currently 70% occupied, thanks to mostly Brazilian buyers.
