Soros Heiress Lists Village Townhouse for $29.5 Million

Andrea Soros Colombel, daughter of billionaire business magnate George Soros, put her Greenwich Village townhouse on the market yesterday for $29.5 million. The 26-foot wide four-story, triple mint condition Greek Revival home dates way back to 1844 and features seven bedrooms, eight and a half baths, three fireplaces and a sauna in the master bathroom.

Colombel bought the West 11th Street pad for $11.5 in 2006 and has since remodeled. She owns another Village property on West Fourth Street.
