Haute Estates: $123 Million Updown Court Estate Listed for Fraction of Worth

The grand 103-room Updown Court estate fought the good fight with a choppy real estate market before its newest price slash to $65 million. Originally priced to sell at $143.5 million over six years ago, the property was recently seized by the Irish government from property developer Leslie Allen-Vercoe.  A real steal at less than half the original asking price, this sprawling 50,000 square foot estate boasts two grand staircases, a bowling alley and a private lake.
