Swire Properties Inc tapped award-winning interior designer Steven G. to design a collection of model units within Rise Residences at Brickell City Centre. Located in the epicenter of Miami, unit 1612 boasts a minimalist, neutral approach with modern furniture, wooden tones, and greenery to allow residents to escape the city’s hustle and bustle and unwind in an effortless, chic home. The inspiration for the three-bedroom unit was to create an insta-worthy, boho atmosphere by mixing black, white, grays and neutrals together.
