Wiz Khalifa Just Bought a $3.4 Million High-Tech Mansion in Los Angeles

Rapper Cameron Jibril Thomaz, better known as hip-hop star Whiz Khalifa, is kicking off 2019 with a new real estate purchase in the heart of Encino, Los Angeles. Khalifa is a chart-topping rapper who has amassed a cult following since the release of his debut album in 2006. Soon the hits began to follow, with fan favorites such as “Black and Yellow” “Young, Wild & Free” and “See You Again” — the official soundtrack song of Furious 7. With a non-stop touring schedule and music festival appearances, Khalifa is constantly on the go. The father of one has added a new home to his real estate portfolio — this time, a smart home equipped with the latest in surround system, surveillance cameras and more.

The home features five bedrooms, seven bathrooms with an open floor plan tucked away on a quarter-acre of land. The high-tech home boasts resort-like amenities throughout the property with a home theater, pool, spa, an outdoor cabana fully equipped with a bathroom, outdoor kitchen and more. The property also has an open-air lounge upstairs for the ultimate private spot to unwind and relax after sold-out shows and tv appearances.
