Tisch Heir Lists $12-Million Murray Hill Estate

The names of Bob and Larry Tisch, who built a $20 billion hotel empire after World War II, are synonymous with luxury. Now Curbed has reported that Larry’s son, Daniel Tisch (who founded his own investment company, TowerView) and his wife have listed their longtime home in Scarsdale for $12 million.

The New York state property, built in 1918, features a 10,000-square-foot stone mansion, guest house, swimming pool, Zen garden, putting golf green and basketball court. The home sits on 3.3 acres of private grounds in the Murray Hill neighborhood.

Sotheby’s International Realty have the listing.
