NBA center Mo Bamba has recently been traded from the Orlando Magic to the Los Angeles Lakers, and as a result, is putting his stunning downtown Orlando condo on the market. The 24-year-old athlete is selling his 4,800-square-foot unit for a whopping $2,879,000.

Located in the Sanctuary high-rise, Bamba's penthouse boasts three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The condo features breathtaking views from every angle, offering a glimpse into the beautiful city of Orlando. The sophisticated interior design, completed by central Florida design firm Ted Maines Interiors, includes a custom foyer and a dark and glamorous color scheme that complements the contemporary architecture of the building.

The largest wraparound terrace and patio in the building provide ample space for indoor-outdoor living and entertaining. The living room is equipped with built-in seating and a television-viewing area complete with a 110-inch projector screen. The kitchen is perfect for hosting guests, with gorgeous countertops and a Sub-Zero fridge. There's even a second catering kitchen for mess-free gatherings.

The main bedroom is nothing short of plush, with a large seating area, a spa-like bathroom, huge closets, and a wet bar. Cutting-edge technology in the condo allows for music and lighting changes at the touch of a button, making it easy for Bamba to create a desired ambiance.

An on-site concierge simplifies Bamba's nights out, and building residents can also enjoy a pool and spa area, 24/7 security, and valet parking. However, all of this luxury and convenience comes with a monthly HOA fee of over $2,600.

Bamba, a New York City native, received his big-league basketball break by playing for the University of Texas Longhorns. He then went on to become the sixth overall pick in the NBA Draft in 2018. During his fifth season with the Magic, Bamba was dealt west in a significant four-team deal at the trade deadline.

Although Bamba will surely find a lovely new home in Los Angeles, he will undoubtedly miss his luxurious Florida penthouse.
