2)   461 Parsonage Lange, Sagaponack—Sold for $11.95 million on February 24, 2009

3)   71 Shipwreck Drive, Amagansett—Sold for $11.875 million on June 11, 2009

4)   50 Middle Lane, East Hampton—Sold for $11.74 million on June 11, 2009

5)   172 Cedar Street, East Hampton—Sold for $11.4 million on April 30, 2009

6)   501 Parsonage Lane, Sagaponack—Sold for $9.9875 million on May 20, 2009

7)   275 Ox Pasture Roach, Southampton—Sold for $9.9775 million on June 5, 2009
