The DS Team Makes Waves in the Miami Beach Market

Dina Goldentayer and Sladja Stantic co-founded The DS Team seven years ago with the desire to provide customers with a boutique, intimate real estate experience in a marketplace saturated with real estate agents.

With The DS Team’s move to One Sotheby's International Realty in 2011, their presence in the luxury marketplace continues to expand. In 2011-2012, The Team completed over $100 million in sales volume predominantly within the Miami Beach luxury marketplace.

Dina’s inspiration to become a Realtor stemmed from purchasing her first home: an Art Deco condo in South Beach. Her most notable accomplishments include graduating from the University of Maryland, College Park Phi Beta Kappa with Magna Cum Laude Honors, and, in recent years, her role as an honoree of the Forbes 30 Under 30 real estate list. In terms of best successes, she sold a waterfront home in Sunset Islands for a record sale in just ten days in addition to the sale of two residences in Apogee.

Sladja's career designations include membership in the Luxury Home Institute as well as the prestigious certifications as an Accredited Buyer's Representative and Certified Residential Specialist. Sladja headed on her real estate journey initially by working with both New York and Miami developers in pre-construction condo sales. Sladja also completed a prominent sale on Indian Creek Islands and has established herself as a go-to Realtor on the Venetian Islands.

Dina and Sladja are fueled by the motto of "you have to list to last" and joined forces 7 years ago to begin farming the neighborhoods they most believed in: the South of Fifth condo market and the neighboring single family communities such as the Venetian Islands, Sunset Islands, and North Bay Road. The success of The DS Team is based on a strong business model highlighting five important core values.
