The Auberge Resort Collection will host the opening of its newest location, the Susurros del Corazon Resort and Residences in Punta de Mita, Mexico on November 3, 2022.
Auberge’s fourth Mexico property will hold 49 residences and 59 hotel suites, four culinary concepts, a 3,000-square-foot fitness center, the Auberge Spa, and 4,600 square feet of event space, including an outdoor patio and lawn.
The residences, designed by Paul Duesing Partners, feature a laid-back beach spirit and balance luxury and approachability. Susurros del Corazon celebrates the boho-chic culture of Mexico’s coastal surf towns with a modern, clean design, and the villas, with a tropical context and modern lines, embrace raw architectural details.
The residences are all finished with pebbled floors and Mexican-inspired touches, artisanal wall coverings, and local artwork.
Three-to-six bedroom residences with floor-to-ceiling windows and water views are available for buyers. Owning a beachfront residence with direct access to the water is a rare opportunity given the real estate market heating up.
